Due to the complete lack of storage space in the MR-S, and it being my daily driver, I had to
devise a good way of being able to take luggage with me when I needed to go on trips but also
have the ability to take people with me if needed. After noticing that the tow hook holes were
equally spaced apart I thought up a hitch design for it. Very strong, totally removable, you'd
never even know that the car used a hitch. I took one of our old cruddy trailers, and just felt
like doing a paint scheme similar to the MR-S's. Its not the greatest paint job but worked out
very well and makes taking long trips so much better.
Gotta love crappy flux core wire... it makes for very ugly welds as you can tell.
I finally have MIG setup but not in time to MIG weld the hitch. Luckily the flux core still holds well.
